So, what am I to expect on the day of my Installation?

AN EARLY START

GETTING READY FOR A BIG DAY

our BOYS will arrive on time, every time. They will be at your property between 7am & 8:30am as pre-arranged by our friendly office staff. Our team will give the work area a quick visual inspection and then conduct a site Risk Assessment. Safe.

LIAISING WITH YOU

CONFIRMING DETAILS

as PART of our plan to give you a hassle-free experience, we will confirm every detail of the installation before we lift a tool. Only upon mutual agreement of the proposed inverter location, cable run and panel placement will we commence the installation. Easy.

EQUIPMENT SETUP

SAFETY FIRST

the SITE Risk Assessment conducted upon arrival will determine the risks and considerations to take into account before setting up our equipment. For us, it is Safety First. We need our boys to get back to their families at the end of a hard day’s work. Happy.

MEASURING THE ROOF

PROPER PLANNING

a LITTLE extra time taken at the outset to plan and measure will save lots of time later in the day. As part of our commitment to giving you an aesthetically-pleasing Solar installation, we have trained our Electricians to use the most up-to-date methods available in planning for any Solar job given to them. Nice.

FIXTURES, BRACKETS & RAILING

CREATING THE FOUNDATION

a SOLID array of panels requires the best brands of Racking available. The boys fit the Aluminium and Stainless Steel fixings to ensure that your installation is Cyclone-proof. Our Racking complies with an Australian standard and is guaranteed to last the lifetime of the Solar system. Awesome.

SECURING THE PANELS

LINING-UP THOSE PANELS

once the CABLES have been installed in Heavy Duty conduit between inverter and panels, it’s time to fit the solar panels to the railing. We use approved clamps to secure the panels to the railing. Extra time is taken to ensure the panels line up and that your installation is as neat as humanly possible. Square.

CONNECT THE INVERTER

THE BRAINS OF THE SYSTEM

the INVERTER is fitted to a suitable wall and cabling is neatly run between it, and the Solar panels & the Electrical switchboard. The minute our Electrician has tested the installation and deemed it safe, he will turn on the inverter. There are a number of settings and adjustments that need to be made to ensure it operates optimally. Sharp.

WELL DONE BOYS !

OUR PRIDE

we BELIEVE there is no point spending all day on the roof installing solar panels without being proud of the end result. Each panel is carefully fitted into position to ensure they are level, straight and square. To some it may be ‘just another solar installation’ but to us, it is our Trade, our Profession and what we are very, very good at. Outstanding.

SIGN-OFF

JOB DONE

you WILL be shown how the system works and any questions answered by our knowledgeable Electrician onsite. It is Standard practice for our teams to clean up the work site and remove leftover material, boxes and packaging. The job is concluded upon you signing our paperwork, indicating your satisfaction with our overall workmanship and general conduct onsite. Bliss.

THE PAPERWORK

Absolute Energy Solutions will handle all necessary paperwork for you. We will initially apply to the Energy company for permission to connect to their network. Our friendly ladies will call and confirm your booking date and let you know what to expect on the day of the installation.

They will submit the relevant forms to notify the Energy company that the Solar is installed. In around two to three weeks, you can expect the Energy company to arrive onsite to either replace your existing old style meter or to simply re-programme your existing digital meter.

Please do not worry about having to apply for the government rebates as we take care of that too. Last but not least, we will send you product manuals, engineering certificates, warranty documents and other paperwork. Please keep these in a safe place as the decision to have put Solar on your roof is a long term investment for you and a long term commitment for us.

We cannot wait to hear from you
