Absolute Energy Solutions will handle all necessary paperwork for you. We will initially apply to the Energy company for permission to connect to their network. Our friendly ladies will call and confirm your booking date and let you know what to expect on the day of the installation.
They will submit the relevant forms to notify the Energy company that the Solar is installed. In around two to three weeks, you can expect the Energy company to arrive onsite to either replace your existing old style meter or to simply re-programme your existing digital meter.
Please do not worry about having to apply for the government rebates as we take care of that too. Last but not least, we will send you product manuals, engineering certificates, warranty documents and other paperwork. Please keep these in a safe place as the decision to have put Solar on your roof is a long term investment for you and a long term commitment for us.
